Our private Valle de Colina hot springs tour takes you deep into Cajón del Maipo, at around 2,500 meters (8,200 ft) above sea level. Here, mineral deposits have built natural terraces of hot water, with temperatures that can reach 55 °C (131 °F), surrounded by peaks that turn white in winter.
The water is rich in minerals such as calcium, magnesium and sulfur, and it's known for helping you unwind. You'll have 2 to 3 hours to enjoy the pools, and on the way we stop at the San José volcano viewpoint, the historic El Tinoco tunnel and Casa de Chocolate.
No crowds and no fixed group: the vehicle is for you only, with pickup at your hotel in Santiago. Bring cash for the hot springs entrance, which is paid on arrival.
