Terms and Conditions.

Welcome to CityToursAgency.cl SPA. By making a booking on our platform or by using our passenger transfer and tour services, you accept the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before continuing.

1. Bookings and Payments:

1.1. To confirm any private tour or transfer service, the passenger must pay a 20% deposit of the total price, which is considered a non-refundable booking fee.

1.2. The remaining balance (80%) must be paid before the service begins, using any of the accepted payment methods.

1.3. The 20% deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellations due to personal reasons, change of plans, delays, unforeseen events, illness or other factors beyond the control of CityToursAgency.cl SPA.

1.4. If the passenger does not show up (“no-show”), the booking will be automatically considered cancelled and the 20% deposit will not be refunded. There is no obligation to pay the remaining balance, since it is only paid on the day of the service.

2. Liability for Personal Belongings

2.1. To avoid accidental losses, we recommend that each passenger keep their belongings under supervision throughout the service.

2.2. CityToursAgency.cl SPA cannot accept responsibility for personal items that are forgotten, lost or damaged inside the vehicle.

2.3. At the end of the service, the driver will carry out a courtesy check, but the final check of belongings is solely the passenger's responsibility.

2.4. If an item is found after the service, the company may arrange its return; however, any transport, shipping or additional handling will be at the passenger's expense.

2.5. We recommend not carrying high-value items without proper personal safekeeping.
