Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know before booking your private tour or transfer in Santiago.

Our service

What kinds of private tours do you offer?

Private day tours from Santiago: a city tour, Cajón del Maipo (El Yeso Reservoir, Valle de Colina hot springs and the Premium Experience), Valle Nevado and Farellones, wineries such as Concha y Toro, Alyan Family Wines and Undurraga, the coast at Valparaíso, Viña del Mar and Isla Negra, and Rancagua Safari Park. All of them adapt to your group.

Why choose a private tour over a regular group tour?

The vehicle is for your group only and you set the pace: choose where to stop and how long to stay, or skip stops altogether. We pick you up at your hotel.

How do you tailor the experience?

Tell us what you're interested in, whether you're traveling with kids or older relatives, and the pace you prefer. We adjust the stops and timing accordingly.

Does the tour include a guide?

A guide is optional and your choice. Every tour includes private round-trip transport with assistance and coordination throughout the day. We recommend adding a specialized or bilingual (Spanish/English) guide for groups of 10 or more and for travelers who don't speak Spanish. You can also add a photo and video package. Each add-on is priced in your quote.

Do you run shared shuttles?

No. We only offer private services, never shared shuttles.

Safety and transfers

How safe are your transfers?

We work with professional staff and cleaning protocols in our vehicles, and every service is pre-booked, so you know who's picking you up and when.

What extras do your VIP transfers include?

Luggage assistance, climate-controlled vehicles, child seats, planned stops, extended waiting time and intercity trips.

Do you have child seats?

Yes. Just request them when you ask for your quote.

How large a group can you take?

From 1 to more than 50 travelers: sedan (up to 4), SUV (up to 6), van (up to 8), H1 van (up to 11), Sprinter (up to 17), minibus (up to 20) and coach (up to 60).

Quotes, booking and payment

How do I get a quote?

Message us on WhatsApp or use the form with your date, time, number of travelers, pickup address and destination. We reply with your quote.

What does the price depend on?

The number of travelers, luggage, distance and destination, vehicle type and any special hours or extras. The price is agreed before the service.

How do I confirm my booking?

To confirm your service you pay a 20% deposit of the total price, which is non-refundable. The remaining 80% is paid before the service starts. If you don't show up (no-show), the booking is cancelled and the deposit is not refunded.

What are the booking conditions for winery tours?

Winery entrance tickets are purchased 48 hours in advance. For this reason, 100% of the entrance ticket value is paid at least 48 hours before the tour and is non-refundable if passengers do not show up (the tickets are lost). The rest of the service follows the general Terms and Conditions: a 20% non-refundable deposit and 80% paid before the service starts.

Payment methods

We accept cash in Chilean pesos (CLP), US dollars (USD), euros (EUR) and Brazilian reais (BRL) at the day's exchange rate; a payment link (Flow); and debit and credit cards (Transbank/POS). The conditions for each payment method are shared in your quote.

Weather and what to bring

What should I wear in the Andes?

Warm layers, a waterproof jacket, a hat and gloves in winter, sunglasses and sunscreen: UV is intense at altitude. If you get carsick or feel the altitude, bring your usual medication.

Is there cell signal at El Yeso Reservoir?

No. There is no cell signal at the reservoir.

What should I wear on the coast?

Layers and a jacket: the sea breeze makes it feel colder, even on sunny days.
