The guided visit, led by the Alyan team, covers the variety garden, the vineyards, the fermentation room, the winery, the barrel room and private spaces on the estate. Along the way you taste 5 to 6 wines from the Family Ambassador line, sometimes including special labels that are not sold in stores.
Choose the Morning Experience, in natural light and ending with an informal lunch, or the Alyan Sunset experience, ending with sunset over the vines and an informal dinner. Visits are in Spanish and Portuguese, and English is available on the Sunset experience, subject to availability.

This is a private service: the vehicle is for your group only. We quote based on the number of travelers, the vehicle and the date.

- You receive a quote for your private service, based on group size, vehicle and date.
- Confirm with the deposit and you are all set: we pick you up at your hotel.
To confirm your service you pay a 20% deposit of the total price, which is non-refundable. The remaining 80% is paid before the service starts. If you don't show up (no-show), the booking is cancelled and the deposit is not refunded. See Terms and Conditions.

For this reason, 100% of the entrance ticket value is paid at least 48 hours before the tour and is non-refundable if passengers do not show up (the tickets are lost). The rest of the service follows the general Terms and Conditions: a 20% non-refundable deposit and 80% paid before the service starts.
Payment methods: We accept cash in Chilean pesos (CLP), US dollars (USD), euros (EUR) and Brazilian reais (BRL) at the day's exchange rate; a payment link (Flow); and debit and credit cards (Transbank/POS). The conditions for each payment method are shared in your quote.

What's the difference between the Morning and Sunset experiences?
Same route and same tastings. The Morning Experience starts at 11:00 am and ends with an informal lunch; Sunset starts at 5:00 or 6:00 pm and ends with sunset and an informal dinner.
